Processing of personal data in connection with marketing at KRUUSE

1.1. Data controller
KRUUSE is the data controller for the processing of your personal data in connection with newsletters.

2.1 The purpose of processing personal data
The overarching purpose is to inform you with latest news and offers and about us and our products and services.
If we wish to use your personal data for another purpose than that originally intended, we will inform you of the new purpose.

2.2 Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data in connection with newsletters has its legal basis in your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3.1 Categories of recipients
Your data will be forwarded to Apsis, which is our newsletter platform. Apsis has its headquarter in Sweden, where your data is stored. We have a Data Processing Agreement with Apsis.
In some cases, forwarding of personal data can take place to affiliated companies.

3.2 Categories of recipients in third countries
The data will not be transferred to international organizations like FN, EU or NATO.

4. Time frame for storage
Your personal data is typically stored for about three years from your withdrawal of your consent.

5.1 Rights
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you. 
If you want to claim your rights, you shall contact us (see 1.2).

5.1.1. The right to see the data (right of access)
You have the right to gain insight into the data we process about you, as well as a reproduction of the above information.

5.1.2. Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected.

5.1.3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
In special cases, you have the right to have personal data deleted.

5.1.4. Right to restriction of processing
In some cases, you have the right to a restricted processing of your data. If you hold this right, we may only process your data - except for storage – with your consent, or for legal requirements to be established, enforced or defended, or to protect a person or important social interests.

5.1.5. Right to object
In some cases, you may object to our processing of your personal data.

5.1.6. Right to data portability
You may in some cases have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

5.2 Obligations
You are not required to provide personal data.

You have the right to submit a complaint to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), which can be contacted via its website www.datatilsynet.dk
