Return of goods

Returns can only take place with previous acceptance by KRUUSE UK.

The following requirements must be fulfilled before returning:

• Returns must be done within three months upon receipt
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale as brand-new and a copy of the invoice/delivery note must be attached
• All goods returned are to be sent freight prepaid
• A returns handling fee of 10% is applicable
• You are not permitted to return products that we have procured or built to fit specifically for you
• Fill in the return form and attach it to all returns to prevent delay

Please note: For these return goods there are special conditions:

Sterile products:
In general sterile products are delivered in a 3-layer packaging:
1) sterile
2) clean, non-sterile
3) transport, un-clean, non-sterile - to ensure sterility when ready to use.
This means that KRUUSE does not accept the return of any sterile items, where layer 2 has been opened.

Products with special storage conditions:
Some products do have specific storage temperatures to ensure that the products do not degenerate before their expiry date. These products are marked with a temperature symbol on the packaging. KRUUSE does not accept the return of these products because storage conditions have been out of our control.
